Marking card not found during software startup？

①In case of the umc4 controller is not found in the process of starting the software, 

it presentation that it is not connected to the umc4 board. It can be judged that the USB connection is poor or the umc4 board is in an abnormal state.

Solution:

a. Re-plug the USB, run the software and see if it is normal;

b. Check whether the board is powered or not. If not, please supply right power;

c. Check if the USB signal lamp of the board is abnormal； if it is abnormal, please replace umc4;

②In case of the PMC2 controller is not found in the process of starting the software or In the red box are MCx etc, 

it can be judged that the driver selection is wrong.

Solution:

Execution DM.exe Reselect proper marking board and laser driver.
