Galvanometer Abnormal?

Release time:2020-12-25 viewed:16

①Laser only marks at a stationary point not along with the desired content. It might be the scan head issue.

Solution:

a. Remove the f-theta lens and power on the laser machine, gently touch the edge of the mirrors inside the scan head by finger to see if it is locked. If the mirrors can free movement, it might be the power supply circuit, or motor driver issue. Check the voltage of scan head power supply and the connector of scan head power supply wire.

b. If the scan head mirrors are locked, check the XY2-100 cable to see if the signal wires are broken or the 25p socket is not firmly inserted;

c. Replace a marking board if none of the above situations;

d. If the problem still exists after replacing the marking card, please contact your supplier for scan head repairing.
