The mark effect of graphic or text is not beautiful

① When marking a closed graph, the starting point is not closed or the starting point is too heavy. It can be judged that the delay time is not set properly.

Solution:

Adjust the laser-on delay and laser-off delay

② When marking graphics and text, turning point marking is too heavy, which can be judged as improper setting of poly delay.

Solution: 

Adjust the poly delay.

③ The beginning portion of each text has a jitter situation.  It can be judged that the jump delay is not set properly.

Solution:

adjust the jump delay, generally set to 0.2 Ms.

④ When marks a solid line but gets a dotted line effect. It can be judged that the marking parameter is not set properly.

Solution:

a. Marking speed is too fast and power ratio is too low. Reduce the speed properly and increase the marking power.

b. Increased the frequency of marking parameter, please set the frequency within the allowable range of laser.
