The design concept of MarkingMate laser marking software from the beginning is to enhance the stability, practibility, accuracy, marking efficiency as a breakthrough. Basic functions  

Ø  Support many kinds of languages, such as Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Japanese, Deutschetc. And can be customized in various languages through simple text file modification.

Ø Provide draw menu: dot, line, curve, circle, arc, arc text etc.

Ø  Can set text, 1D/ 2D barcodes and data matrix as auto text.

Ø  Can import a variety of image formats, such as dwg、dxf、AI、plt、bmp、tif、cmp、cal、clp、cur、eps、emf、fpx、ico、wmf、psd、png、jpg、 tga、pcx etc.

Ø  Users are allowed to edit the parameters of this subjects: curve, arc, circle, text, baseline text etc.

Ø  Allow users to name, save and load the marking parameters, increasing marking experience.

Ø  Users are allowed to edit the parameters of this object: Digital In, Digital Out, Do Pause, Delay Time, Motion,Set Position, Loop, Ring and Homing.

Ø  Support RS232, TCP/ IP parameters

Ø  When a layer object in the Object Browser has being selected, the Property Table will display the layer-related property page for uses to edit.

Ø  Compensation for all lens distortion.

Ø  User Level is divided into Operator, Programmer, and Administrator to separate user's authorities.

Ø  Users can set the deviation compensation between align light and laser, allowing to examine the mark position is correct or not.

Rotary axis positioning marking

Don't need an extra motion card.

Different positioning division modes can be defined for different layers.

Support users to define the start angle for a layer.

All the objects in one layer can be divided automatically depending on the acceptable area users set.

Angle start and angle step of each character can be divided singly according to the setting of Literal String.

 

XYZ table positioning marking

Don't need an extra motion card.

Enable users to define the start position of one layer.

Users can define several positions in one layer repeatedly.

 

Chart divided function

This function is mainly because the picture is too large or have special needs, assist customers drawingpartition processing.

 

2.5D/3D laser marking system

Each object is to define the different focal length on the flow rate.

Applied in large area marking without f-theta lens, make every spot of marking area at right focusing.

 

Dual head marking system

Broaden the working area through using two lens systems.

Allow to mark one object at the same time even the object located on different work area.

Optimize the marking route for across-area object.

 

Multi-system operation function

The multi-system operation to provide customers simultaneously open multiple operating window, easy to controlmore than one laser control card, which will help the diverse needs of customers.

The multi-system operation to break a single system requirements, simply turn on a computer multiple operating window, respectively, to control the laser control card, they can also produce the various needs of the work piece.

 

Computer vision positioning marking

By industrial cameras with the computer vision positioning software to enhance the accuracy of positioning tofacilitate precision machining.

In addition to the basic function of positioning, also can use two cameras positioned at the same time,set ofmulti-station, and support chart divided functions.

PMC2 is a full digital high performance laser marking board with PCI interface . Support digital galvanometer, compatible with the XY2-100 protocol, and analog galvanometer can be precisely controlled by DA-2 board as well. Retain the most IO signals to have the flexibility to connect with automation equipment sufficiently and certain laser requires additional control pins..It can control four-axis positions simultaneously,which is suitable for integrated stepper motor drive. Compatible with PCMark laser card pin position and provide various expansion cards to facilitate various wiring requirements . PMC2 function is outstanding to be the best choice of laser marking .

Application Industry

PMC2 adopts DSP (FPGA) chip for real-time processing laser marking instruction to meet the dynamic variable speed mark on the fly requirement, and simulated uniform speed mark on the fly to solve missing mark, intermittent mark,and poor quality of marking caused by PC to ensure the quality of the marking.

PMC2 provide automation control interface, can be automated conditional marking, flow marking and can control the XY table, the rotary axis; With Markingmate software, can perform rotary axis marking, XY-Table control marking, large drawing automatic segmentation of marking in laser automation control marking field.

PMC2 has a four-axis control function, can control the lens for multidimensional marking. With MarkingMate software, can be widely used in the three-dimensional marking (need the galvanometer support).
